Stanley Cheslock’s Sugar Camp

Welcome to Stanley Cheslock’s Sugar Camp, a family-owned 4th Generation Sugar Bush set in the picturesque Gatineau Hills; just 45 minutes north of Ottawa in Poltimore, Val-des-Monts, Quebec.

We tap 11,000 trees and produce many pure maple syrup products. We also serve a buffet style breakfast, lunch, and supper with our very own maple syrup for you to savour.

Come and enjoy our 1.3km groomed walking trail, weather permitting.

For the 2025 Season, we’re open Saturday, February 22nd to Sunday, April 20th. We’re open weekends, but with a reservation of 25 or more, can be booked during the week.

Note: You can make a reservation by credit card below, however payments are Cash Only when you arrive at the camp on the day of your visit.
